The craft beer spot in Onagawa, and a hub for local professionals young and old. The atmosphere is convivial, encouraged both by the communal interior design and the friendly regulars. It has ten taps, eight of which are Japanese craft beer. Don’t miss the Onagawa Hop Ale, an addictive session IPA. The recipe was developed by Garuya’s owner and is brewed at the Sennan Schinken Factory in southern Miyagi. The food menu consists of flavorful small plates designed to pair well with beer.
