Jinchu is a famous Sendai-based gyutan producer, especially well-known for making popular gyutan gift sets. This restaurant at Sendai Airport offers a chance for travelers to get their fill of gyutan in between their destinations. Jinchu’s recipe calls for marinating the gyutan in their original sauce before aging the meat for 162 hours.
