The Natori Cycle Sports Center is a newly rebuilt, one-stop active outdoor leisure destination located just a five-minute walk from the Yuriage Port Morning Market and one of the main trailheads of the Michinoku Coastal Trail. The Center is suitable for families and dabblers, as well as serious athletes. The newly finished paving of the Cycling Center’s outdoor course is immaculate and makes for smooth and scenic riding. Rentals include Segways and skateboards as well as bicycles; other facilities include basketball courts, novelty bicycles for children, and a small skatepark for family fun. Free loaner helmets are available too.

The on-site hotel offers great views in every direction and natural hot spring baths. Serious cyclists will appreciate that rooms here are equipped with hanging bike racks, where they can store their bikes with peace of mind and away from the elements.

ACCESS BY PUBLIC TRANSIT: 17 minutes by bus from Natori Station (名取駅). Board Yuriage Line (閖上線) bus bound for Natori Trail Center (名取トレイルセンター), alight at Cycle Sports Center (サイクルスポーツセンター) bus stop. Timetables available here as PDF downloads; click on Natorin-go Guidebook (なとりん号ガイドブック).

ADMISSION: Admission: ¥200 adults and children ages junior high and older, ¥100 elementary school students, children ages kindergarten and under free. Equipment rental and use of certain facilities, such as the onsen, require additional fees.

CREDIT CARDS: Accepted at the leisure facilities and hotel. Not accepted for onsen day trips.

HOURS: Active leisure facilities: 9:00–17:00 April–November, 9:00–16:30 December–March
Day-trip use of hot springs: 10:00–20:00

CLOSED DAYS: Active leisure facilities: Wednesdays (except during summer vacation season)
Day-trip use of hot springs: the second Wednesday of every month
